Dr. Daah is a distinguished scholar and practitioner in Cyber Security, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence, with a strong academic and applied background in digital trust systems. He holds a BSc in Physics from KNUST, master’s degrees from the Voronezh Institute of Technology and the University of Bradford, and a PhD in Computer Science (Cyber Security) from the University of Bradford. His doctoral research and subsequent publications focus on advancing Zero Trust models, blockchain integration, and AI applications in financial and governance systems.
Dr. Daah’s work, widely cited in peer-reviewed outlets, includes contributions such as Enhancing Zero Trust Models in the Financial Industry through Blockchain Integration (Electronics, 2024) and Simulation-Based Evaluation of Advanced Threat Detection in Financial Networks (Simulation Modelling Practice and Theory, 2025). These publications underscore his cutting-edge expertise in securing digital infrastructures in high-stakes environments such as finance and governance.
Beyond academia, Dr. Daah has engaged with industry and policy stakeholders to design frameworks for digital trust, identity access management, and advanced threat detection. His expertise directly informs AFDEG’s mission to build resilient, transparent, and secure governance systems.
Within AFDEG, Dr. Daah serves on the Steering Committee as a Cyber Security and Emerging Technologies Advisor, ensuring that all tracks and outputs incorporate secure-by-design principles. He will also chair AFDEG’s Cybersecurity, Privacy & Trust Track, where he will lead efforts to integrate zero trust models, blockchain, and AI into African governance systems, while strengthening citizen trust in digital transformation initiatives.
