Dr. Bernard Okoe-Boye

Dr. Bernard Okoe-Boye – Immediate past Minister of Health of Ghana, former Chief Executive of the National Health Insurance Authority, Chairman of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital Board, and medical practitioner with extensive leadership in public health and governance. He brings strategic insight into digital health systems, social protection, and pro-poor governance models. He will chair the Digital Health Governance & Social Protection Systems Track, ensuring AFDEG addresses the integration of technology into health financing, service delivery, and social protection frameworks across Africa.
