He also chaired the Parliamentary Committee on Communication, served as Chairman of Ghana Telecom University, and was Managing Director of ThirdRail Limited, a technology company. He will lead AFDEG’s Governance Track, bringing together parliamentarians, the judiciary, executives, and governance entities across Africa to deliberate on institutional reforms, digital law-making, and the role of governance structures in driving digital transformation. His role ensures that AFDEG’s policy outputs are rooted in real-world governance practice at national, regional, and continental levels.
