Miss Rosemary Acheampong

Rosemary Acheampong – Acts as Secretary to the Steering Committee, providing coordination, record-keeping, and facilitation support. Rosemary is a Human Resource professional and administrator with over a decade of experience in HR management, organisational development, and people-focused leadership. Her career spans human capital management, educational administration, and digital transformation in HR systems, positioning her at the intersection of people, technology, and governance in Africa’s development journey. She is deeply passionate about how artificial intelligence, data analytics, and emerging technologies can shape the future of work, strengthen institutional capacity, and enhance decision-making to drive Africa’s competitiveness in the digital era.

Rosemary holds a BSc in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and professional certifications including ISO Internal Auditor and SPHRi. She began her career at Strategic Security Systems Ltd., rising to Group HR and Administrative Manager, where she led HR strategy, compliance, and workforce development. She later served as Managing Director of Learning Field International School in Akosombo, contributing to educational leadership and institutional growth. Currently, she supports administrative operations and organisational effectiveness at IFG Ghana.
